|
Crosby Group provided complete structural engineering design services for this new one-story,
site built, 5,082sf Multipurpose Building as part of the rebuild of the Lexington Elementary School campus for the Los Gatos Union
School District. The original 50-year old dilapidated Lexington Elementary School campus was demolished to make room for a brand-new
modern campus providing a 21st century learning environment.

Multipurpose Building on a sloping site with challenging foundation requirements including coseismic movement and differential settlements.
The Multipurpose Building provides flex-space for group gatherings and includes a stage with under-stage storage space, retractable
