Higher Education : San Jose-Evergreen CCD On-Call Structural Engineering Services     1  2  Crosby Group provided On-Call contract services for the San Jose-Evergreen Community College District for structural engineering design services for a variety of projects at San Jose Evergreen CCD facilities. The contract supported the District’s efforts towards upgrading its facilities, constructing energy-efficient, technology-driven, classrooms and labs, upgrading outdated MEP systems and maximizing efficiency. Over the course of the contract, we assisted the District on a variety of projects including a Tier 2 structural evaluation of a 7-story office building at 40 South Market Street in downtown San Jose, CA to determine its suitability as a District Office for the Community College District, and to assist the District in getting DSA closeout for an existing scoreboard at San Jose City College in order to proceed with structural modifications to accommodate technology upgrades.
