Higher Education : Las Positas College Student Services & Administration Building     1  2  The new 65,000sf Student Services Center forms a new gateway to the Las Positas Community College campus located in Livermore, California. The complex includes a cafeteria, informal study and recreation areas, student counseling and financial aid, student government offices, meeting rooms, administration facilities, and executive offices. The project is a two-story U-shaped steel moment frame structure. The design team participated in the new DSA collaborative review process which allowed for DSA review early on to minimize costly changes at the end of the design process. The project met its goal of being a minimum of LEED Silver certified.
