Office Complexes : PG&E Stockton Regional Service Center Tenant Improvements   1  2  3  4 Crosby Group provided structural engineering design services for the tenant improvements at the PG&E Regional Service Center in Stockton, CA. PG&E purchased an existing 137,840sf 2-story office building to house both training and office functions. Located on the first floor is PG&E’s Energy Training Center which includes classroom, lab and demonstration areas, including a Zero Net Energy Home, to train contractors on the latest energy efficiency products, technologies and weatherization techniques. On the second floor is PG&E’s billing, credit and contact center operations accommodating over 400 employees. Additionally, a Zero-Net-Energy classroom building was located adjacent to the existing structure, as well as a new outdoor covered event center, solar-covered parking canopies, and a new back-up generator.
