Office Complexes : Clorox R&D Office Tenant Improvements

Crosby Group is currently providing structural engineering design services for the tenant improvements for the relocation of Clorox R&D to a new Pleasanton Center campus in Pleasanton, California. The tenant improvements encompass five separate buildings with an aggregate of 287,000sf including Buildings A & B housing offices and conference rooms; Building C housing offices, training facilities, a testing kitchen, and laboratories; and Buildings D & E housing offices and laboratories.
Tenant improvements include the addition of movable sliding partitions and their supports, new HVAC units and wind screens on the roof including new supports, new kitchen hoods and supports, concrete floor slab infills, a new structural support grid for movable displays, and new floor deck cutouts for HVAC ductwork. The tenant improvements provide Clorox with improved research and development facilities in the Tri-Valley.
